No platform fee and no middleman. You talk directly to the people who look after the apartment.
Rates
The nightly rate depends on the season, the number of nights and the number of guests. Send us your dates and we come back with a final quote, everything included.
Stay rules
- Minimum stay of two nights, except over public holidays and events, when dates may be closed.
- Stays from 30 nights get a progressive discount.

How booking works
Enquiry
You message us on WhatsApp with your dates. We confirm availability and the final price for the stay.
30% deposit
The booking is confirmed with 30% by bank transfer, in the owners name. You get the receipt straight away.
A simple agreement
We send a short-stay rental agreement with the dates, the price, the number of guests and the rules. Signed digitally, no red tape.
Balance and arrival
The remaining 70% up to 7 days before check-in. Then we send the access instructions and register you at the gatehouse.
Cancellation
- More than 30 days before check-in: the deposit is refunded, less a 10% administration fee on the total price.
- Between 30 and 15 days: half the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 15 days: the deposit is not refunded, but the dates can be moved once, within 12 months, subject to availability.
- If we have to cancel for any reason, we refund 100% of what you have paid.
No security deposit is held. Instead, the agreement makes you responsible for any damage, checked at check-out.

Up to 6 guests: an en-suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a desk, and a bedroom with a double plus a single bed. All with air conditioning.
Three nights in low season and five nights in high season, on public holidays and over New Year. From 30 nights there is a progressive discount, and it is worth talking about the whole period.

On request. It depends on the size of the animal and on the dates, and the resort has its own rules about the shared areas. Tell us about your pet before you book and we will confirm.
The beds in the apartment sleep six. A cot or an extra bed can be arranged with notice, subject to availability and at an extra cost.
Bed linen, bath towels and the cleaning before you arrive are already included, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Bring a beach towel, sun cream, toiletries and your groceries.
